Very helpful and plenty of food for thought. I hope if I need to use this it will stay in my mind as many practical tools suggested.

I found this very useful and has helped to not be scared if I am worried about someone - to talk up and help someone. Not to be scared if they are thinking about suicide.
I really enjoyed the course, it provided me with sound knowledge surrounding suicide and makes me feel like I can help those I am close to whom I know suffer from suicidal behaviours
