This training has been invaluable. I often come into contact people who have suicidal thoughts, this has helped me identify the ways i can provide the right support, the language to use, the conversation i could have.

One of the best training I've received concerning a difficult subject. Participants were able to engage as well as possible during an interactive session. Everything was orderly and everyone respected one another and I think this was due to the Tutor's ability to conduct the session and included everyone. He also ensured that he obtained everyone's opinion

I feel I can understand better the signs of suicidal thoughts and how to use correct terminology when speaking about Suicide.

I am extremely fortunate to have had previous training in this area as well as current practical experience of crisis interventions (hence missing ratings). this course would give a great starting point to those without knowledge or experience and absolutely serve as a quality reminder to those who already have experience.
