Excellent training. Difficult to compress it all into half a day, but learnt a lot.

A good course. I go away being more confident than I was. If a situation arises, I feel better equipped to handle the situation calmly, using the appropriate language and sign post to the most relevant support services.

The session flowed really well and all attendees contributed and shared ideas, knowledge and experiences. Having such an interactive session along with breakout rooms really kept the training interesting. The trainer also encouraged questions and using the chat. The quality and standard of the training was exceptionally high.
