I really enjoyed this training. I would feel more confident in speaking to someone and to know that you don't have to give them all the solutions to their problems but the most important thing is to just to listen to them and make them safe.

I used a tablet and couldn't get my camera working so the trainer couldn't see me. I found the trainer difficult to follow at times because of the pace at which he spoke and possibly his accent but overall it was excellent
