It was different to be learning over Webex, however, the tutor handled the room experly, and everyone was able to have their say, without it becoming unruley. The session was well managed. The content and presentation of the training was expertly given, incredibly useful, informative and eye opening.
Very good course, highly recommenced. Although this was a shorter course, I imagine the one day course would help even more. It helped me learn about the language I should use and structured any assistance i could give to people.
This course is vital and it would help this community effort against suicide if it was available to more people. Cannot thank the organisers and funders enough.
