Excellent! The only concern I had was that 3 hours didn't feel enough time to cover everything in a proper amount of depth. As a result, through no fault of anyone, the last section was very rushed. There were no interruptions or tangent conversations, so I genuinly feel that the course content was such that it perhaps needs at least another hour to focus on the final sections and let it all soak in. The video was very glitchy when played, but audio was perfect.

A fabulous virtual course. Feel empowered to help those in need and talk about suicide, reducing the stigma around suicide. Let’s get talking!
