important subject, everyone should be encouraged to attend this training. I do feel more confident to approach someone and help them in the right way.

very informative course, gave me a better understanding of approaching the discussion around suicide and dealing with someone who might be dealing with the situation.

Overall i felt the course was well pitched and well delivered - I think maybe there is room for considering post intervention care, sometimes folk can feel more suicidal post engagement with statutory mental health services! Also self care during and after such a conversation (this was touched on)

I thought that the trainer was fantastic, professional and friendly. She smiled appropriately throughout and invited engagement by all. The course is easy to follow, the workbook was helpful to make notes. The course is not too heavy, enough to instil some confidence without trying to be a professional. Everyone should have this training.

Pauline is a professional, competant and confident presenter, and is very intuitive, she has a vast knowledge base on mental health issues. Paulines open honest and friendly demeanour allow her to reach people and enable them to open up, she has people skills and is an excellent communicator. I enjoyed the course despite it being a difficult subject.
