The session was well packaged and so was the content. I am so glad that I managed to get on this training because I always found the topic of suicide so daunting to bring up. After the session, I feel more confident to speak to someone about suicide without any fear that they are going to be offended. I wish everyone would be exposed to this knowledge and skills, maybe more lives would be saved.

A course on a delicate matter delivered professionally and with great sensitivity . Very interactive and informative with great tools to take away. It should be taken by as much people as possible so everyone could be equipped to help in this difficult situation and save lives. I feel much more confident after this course in helping people struggling with suicide thoughts.

I found training course invaluable. The information I was given and tools now have I can share with my team and the foster carers I supervise. This training course should be available to ALL Ealing employee's.

This training was so well packaged. Personally, I have had no confidence to approach this topic due to lack of skills. I am now equipped to spot the signs, offer assistance following the steps of intervention and know which emergency services to contact if the situation is very critical. Having the booklet is very handy and I hope to use it in the future at work, community or with relations. I do not feel so scared anymore to offer help to someone when need arises, especially during these Covid-19 times when so many people are struggling to cope with life's challenges.

This is an excellent course, brilliantly delivered by Nell and i think it should be compulsory for all staff, especially when so many people are currently so isolated by the current pandemic
