Very informative, showed me to think and speak differently and always be looking out for signs.

I really wanted to do this course as my previous experiences of courses held by MIND have been fabulous and I'm not disappointed. The content was great, it was delivered professionally and on time and I feel that even though we are learning online, the environment was really safe, helpful and engaging. Thank you so much for this and I can't wait to do more!

I think this is a great introductory course and the only thing I felt was lacking was a session to practice our new skills. I am assuming this would be available in the longer course.

The course was very good and I found the 3 steps very helpful. I also liked the idea of suggesting people use a pause button when having suicidal thoughts.
