Well worth attending this very valid Suicide First Aid course.

Great training overall, the only downside is that it was too short.

Informative. reinforced existing knowledge while giving new skills or things to think about.

I do feel more aware and confident to support/approach an individual and do see this as a life skill. Thank you.

I only put a four for course content as I would like to see examples applied to speaking with someone on the phone, as that is what we normally have to deal with. This was just a minor point though as the course was really useful and I'll definitely apply what I learned in the future.

Very well put together course, A lot to absorb Felt empowered going forward with really helpful tools
