Alisons energy is contagious, she is personable, open and non judgemental. She is not afraid to be herself and speaks with confidence and ease. Her open expression surrounding self preservation was a good reminder and also made the training not just about the clients but also ourselves as human beings. I hope to catch some of Alisons energy and take it with me, she would make a great life coach, especially in the times we are in.

Really good training - very helpful examples of how to speak about suicide with clients. I feel more confident and will refer to the signposting and support checklist in future conversations. Enjoyed the video too! A really good balance of info and participation.
