I enjoyed the training and it has enabled me to understand my own feelings towards this subject and how much I have grown as an individual not being so influenced by my upbringing with ''old fashioned'' thoughts and beleifs.

A brilliant course delivered in a very inspiring manner. With some zoom/teams courses it's easy to just switch off but this was very interesting and thought provoking.
