Amazing training. I will be recommending to all my colleagues that they do it too. I did feel the second half, after the break, was a little rushed, but other than that - brilliant training.

I've genuinely enjoyed all aspects of this training and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of this. I've met some great new friends/ colleagues and feel as if my 'spark' has been relit both in terms of my sense of purpose related to my work role, and also in terms of my personal interest in & commitment to suicide prevention, intervention & postvention.

I would highly recommend this training to everyone, whether it's for professional or personal learning. It is a really meaningful, engaging course and teaches you how relatively simple actions can save lives. It is easy to understand and uses a fantastic range of techniques to keep you involved and learning all the time.

It was a really brilliant session a good mx of PPP/discussion and video and also breakout rooms. Lots of helpful advice on how to have the conversation and the importance of listening first. I think I will feel more confident moving forward and hope to use some of the questions/techniques to work in partnership in schools so again the worry is shared.

Thank you so much i felt quite nervous and have always been worried about having the conversation of suicide. But now talking about it is good and having the skills of listening and recognising the signs is so important .
