Excellent course and trainer. Good use of materials. Good level of interaction with the audience. Lots of thought provoking questions. Great to have the wellbeing session included as well.

I found the course extremely informative and this will help me when dealing with clients who may want to take their own lives and hopefully we will be able to use the skills we learned on the course to communicate with our clients
