I would like to do another course like this very helpful
I enjoyed the course and I am able to take away knowledge that I have learnt to help me in my job role and those vulnerable people I work with. It has given me the confidence to work with someone who might be experiencing suicidal thoughts.
I want to thank the trainer Shian Neale she delivered the training very well and had a very calming voice. I felt the training to be very beneficial and I would be interested in attending more training with Shian.
