Fab session - everyone was so active that a 3rd session had to be arranged. Knew how to draw people in who were "silent". Kept a watchful eye, checked in regularly to make sure all were ok. Great tips shared - reassured confidence.

The training material is excellent , it is proactive , confidence building offering options whilst working with a serious sensitive topic yet reducing the fear to enable working safely .
