I really enjoyed the session and taking part. I don't really like chat but could see how well it worked. However, the break out rooms were good.

I loved it, I feel so confident from all the knowledge I learnt today, that I have the tools to support/help/guide/recongise the signs/assist anyone I come into contact with that have suicidal thoughts

The training helped to inspire additional confidence in talking about suicide and asking questions of people in an appropriate way. It was a good step by step approach and the layout of the visual resources in the workbook were very helpful. It was good to have a break during the session.

Well delivered under time constraints when trying to get through content and offer opportunities for participants to input. Knowledgeable and friendly presenter - inspired confidence that you could do it.

Excellent course. Really valuable to have additional input in this topic. Very tailored to be applied to practical real life situations, an excellent course. I would recommend everyone does it!
