Excellent course and delivered sensitively particularly with such an emotive topic. Jamies knowledge and experience were evident and his management of course content and participants was first class.

This is a valueable and effective course if delivered in its entirety. Unfortunately the symptomology trained are the same reasons why MH services and professionals suggest that they cant treat or assess people in crisis or who are suicidal.

The training was excellent. The timing was great. Enough time to go into detail and discuss things openly and thoroughly but still nice and concise so that we didn't lose focus. The trainer was good at encouraging group participation. The advice given was professional and practical enough that I could envisage using it in real life situations. I also appreciated that the trainer kept in mind the fact that although we are professionals, we are still human beings with our own mental health to consider and the people we were discussing are also real people and not just statistics. Really good training.
