In my opinion, overall this course has been made very well, in which every aspect related to the subject has been described in detail. The participant will get so much information from it that if he ever faces such a situation for save someone life?

The session was very insightful and important for any person. But, I feel a similar training but more intense with more role plays and more serious cases.

Well held training both in terms of covering the material and making sure everyone was ok with this possibly triggering topic. Good content and a range of training methods. Pacing was good and included change of style and a break.
