Very good informative course, made you think about the language we use in everyday conversations and the effect it might have on someone
Really enjoyed this course and it has made me more knowledgeable.
It is a difficult subject to discuss, but the training helped to normalise having discussions around suicide and also helped me to realise the importance of being able to have these conversations. It was delivered simply and not over complicated so feel able to carry out the training in everyday life.

I feel that a lot was covered in the few hours that we had. But each section was covered in depth and I felt able to clarify anything I was perhaps a little unsure of. I would very much like to look into the fuller course and gain an even better understanding into Suicide and how I may be able to help should I ever find myself dealing with this scenario
