Great course and a comfortable size with such an emotive subject. Jennie was a great trainer, thoroughly engaging and led the course with a good balance of information and opportunity to be able to think about applying knowledge and skills in practice.

I really wanted to build my knowledge on this subject as if there is a chance I could help someone then I would want to know what to do. Knowing the right things to say and what I should be looking for has really helped me understand the subject more! I would highly recommend this course to anyone! The 3 steps, the direct questioning and the future proofing as well as the AAARS I thought were really helpful. Fortunately, the other bits just confirmed what i am already doing.
