Course was educational and in the immediate has helped me feel more confident in my understanding and willingness to approach such difficult situations.
A really well prepared course. Nothing traumatic or upsetting, but looking at practical ways to support people.
It was well delivered n the timeframe, understood the topics on how it was broken down. Made me aware around the subject and lots of information/resources to take away.
Really informative and left me feeling confident.
I really liked the added workbook rather than just watching the screen
Lisa was great at explaining the conversations with someone with suicidal thoughts, and how to recognise the signs. Also strengths and protective factors were useful.
Good training, a difficlt topic to talk about, especially if you have been touched by suicide in your life. Delivered in a way that made so much sense. Would recommend to fellow colleagues in our team. Everyone needs to know the importance of asking the question. Thank you.
really good training, very helpfull. main thing for me is that i feel like it should have been delivered in person rather than digitally.
Excellent and I feel this should be mandatory for all staff working in health and social care settings
