Very good course, especially for someone like me who has no background knowledge or training in the subject.

Very pleased that I attended. I want to learn more and will read the many links provided to gain more understanding about certain aspects covered in this course.

The training was good and well executed. The trainer was open to questions and responded well.

I was expecting little better content and structure.

Really useful. All frontline DWP staff should have this. Poor signal quality at times, but hey that's life.

An excellent course that increased my awareness of the signs we might see, hear from someone thinking of suicide and gave me more confidence in being able to address that in a positive supportive way for that individual

I have completed other suicide training before so much of the course was a refresher however it was useful in that it reassured me about how I have handled talking to people with suicidal thoughts previously and has given me a good framework to improve my responses in the future. Thank you Zac.

It's good some more study can be included.
