I found a difficult topic matter interesting and provided me with skills to handle difficult conversations with an individual suffering with health issues and on the brink of suicide. To deal with the individual in a calm manner and taking a listening role while developing a collaberative approach to dealing with the issues.

Would feel more comfortable having the course delivered face to face, however in the current circumstances it was well set out, good content and well delivered.

This course was very useful and raised my awareness in this subject. Great course and lovely presentation Thank you
