As a qualified RMN, I used this course almost as a refresher which is why I have indicated that the training was not appropriate for my level. I have been working in telephone triage for over 20 years. The only clues we have about how people are feeling is what they are saying and also their tone of voice. it was good to watch the video presentation, switching from a real life event to a managerial dissuasion. Craig presented well, he has a passion for Mental Health and this shows
