Everyone should attend this kind of training, as suicide is more common that we might think. It might happen or affect us all, directly or indirectly, via person you know, so it is vital to allow ourselves to know what we can do. We have power to literally save lives. Thank you

A longer session would have been appreciated as there was insufficient time for Q and A
