I still feel a little daunted by the idea of supporting someone who is in this situation but feel so encouraged to know an outline of what to say and how to speak about it. And also to be made aware of / encouraged by all the resources out there to help

This course really changed my perspective of situations people find themselves in, which would lead to suicidal thoughts. It's helped me understand that it's not necessarily about individual resilience and I recognise that I can be judgemental and dismissive. The course has completely changed my perspective.
