Outstanding course! Best I’ve ever received regarding suicide. I love the name of “1st aid,” much like providing 1st aid to a physical injury, the same concept applies to mental or emotional injuries. Phenomenal instructor who was knowledgeable and engaging who provided excellent analogies to help make concepts more relatable. Best part of the course for me was the emphasis on yourself. Taking care of yourself during times of helping others, which will help yourself down the road when you’re in need.
