Was a brilliant course, went very in depth, learnt so much in just a small amount of time, i have taken away a great knowledge of now knowing how i could approach someone who i believe to be in that situation. I think it is so worth everyone doing this course as suicide is so much bigger than people realise being able to spot these signs and how to approach the individuals really can save a life.

This was a very thought provoking training session and it opened my eyes to things that could be a sign that someone is having suicidal thoughts that I may not have thought about previously
