Overall, I gained a lot from today's session and it has highlighted ways in which to respond appropriately in certain situations and what language to use.

I was a little unsure about doing this course due to the content but I am so pleased that I did. It was pitched at level I was hoping for and the content was informative and interesting. Vicky and Nicola were both very easy to listen to and engaging. Although the topic of suicide is very serious they both managed to keep an upbeat/positive feel to the session and I certainly appreciated this. The booklet was an excellent addition and I great for taking notes directly in to the booklet. I feel its something I can go back to again.
