The training has been informative and helpful. I do finish some training and wonder whether I've really taken anything from it, but that won't be one of those courses. It has definitely been useful.

The Belfast Metropolitan College would benefit from further deliveries on this subject especially at a time where so many people have been struggling. It would really good to improve people's skill sets so that they can make a difference in this area.
