Great course .. needed to be more awarness
I felt that this was a useful introduction to a difficult topic but that the tutor's interaction with members of the group as well as the course resources and content were very useful to all participants.

A well structured interactive course. Gavin really gave us the time and the space to discuss, share and ask questions. We covered vital topics and used our experience to question and relate to the content shared. We went through the materials, watched a thought provoking video and spoke openly about how we felt. There was a chance to interact with the other participants and we were given methods to manage effectively if we are ever in a situation where we have to deal with someone going through a crisis, or the lead up to one.
I have learnt how to effectively speak to someone and ask questions when talking to someone who is thinking of suicide
I found this a very informative session and feel much more capable.
