a really good course to help improve my knowledge to approach people that i feel are going through a lot or look like they are struggling whether that was to be at work or at home in my personal life
Really good course, have learned different things to say when someone is feeling suicidal, and also the pathways to take, recognising, asking, listening, safety and creating a plan. helped me better understand how I can help and what I can say.
excellent course - feel much more prepared to approach suicidal patients
I'm now very interested in doing the day session, and moving forward to the City and Guilds Qualification
A very informative, though-provoking and beneficial course.
Great format and materials. Really good advice and lots of time taken on the preparation, recognising, and asking, which I felt is the biggest hurdle to overcome
