I was delighted to understand more the signs that someone might be contemplating suicide. Too late for me to intervene with my father but hopefully if I were to see those signs again, I could have the conversation.
I feel better equipped to know where to direct somebody to. How to feed back the conversation and listen to what somebody is saying to me (signals etc) The course was very informative
