Excellent course. Trainer really engaging and informative throughout. Good resources used and safety check carried out throughout the session.
This sort of input should be presented to everyone within the organisation. Especially new officers and control room staff who will ultimately be the first response to an incident.
The course was really helpful and I will be using this towards future calls.
Important course to increase awareness and how to support colleagues
I think for a lite course it was useful and informative. Could have been more interactive as was very PowerPoint heavy.
Would be good to have more interactive parts to the training. I enjoyed the video. I’m quite a visual/doing learner as I’m ADHD
The course was delivered with compassion and respect. It was delivered at a good, calm pace allowing people to have space if they needed. The breaks were very welcomed as the subject is difficult. Jane is a really nice person and a great communicator, she was able to engage us all and bring the whole group together. Great presentation 🙌👏🏻
