i thoroughly enjoyed what is a very difficult subject , Barrie was both informative and sympathetic asking about peoples wellbeing as some of the matter was very personal to some of the attendees , i would highly recommend both Barrie and the course.

The facilitator was very good, she took time to ask us if we were ok throughout and made the course as easy as it could be considering the difficult topic

On so many courses trainers feel tied to the PowerPoint. It was so refreshing to take part in a course where trainers were happy to let the conversation cover the points that needed to be made. It was a really good course. Thank you

A beneficial and insightful course that has hopefully given me the tools to recognise and help anyone who may have thoughts of suicide in the future . Also on a personal level time to reflect and take time to check in with friends and family .

I really enjoyed this short course and wish it could've been for longer as the trainers were great as was the group. They made you feel at ease which helped me to feel more confident in being interactive.
