I found the Suicide First Aid course very useful - it has given me more confidence when dealing with someone who has suicidal thoughts and an action plan to follow to assist them.

Although this is a very tough and sensitive subject, I have thoroughly enjoyed the session. Thought-provoking, insightful and will shape my practice.

Comments on work book to be discussed if necessary. It is alot of information to take on board and so a Q&A after a few weeks to check everyone's understanding maybe good.
