I feel like a learnt a lot on this training and will encourage others to sign on to future courses. The tutor was very much in touch with the emotion of the course and the potential impacts on participants. I found the course very informative and easy to follow. The topic was a difficult one to discuss but the course was kept light hearted so it didn't become too overwhelming. The course was brilliant and I do have personal experience with someone in my family attempting suicide, I really hope I can help someone if the situation ever arises again.
