This is a great course, which walks through the theory/understanding of levels of suicidal thoughts, has a great film illustrating the difference we can make and helps us with identifying signs as well as knowing how to support people. Sharon was great and made us all feel comfortable to share, and the group had a lot of examples and experience which complemented the knowledge. Would recommend it highly.

This training was refreshing, it allowed for a conversation about a difficult subject to be discussed in a sensitive but productive way, giving confidence to approach and ask the necessary questions.
