A good course and I would recommend it to others
I think the course needs a lot of work if it is to be delivered online, interactions are difficult, technology fails, and with most people not having cameras it is very difficult for the trainer to engage with the students
Tough but vital training, Jane made it easier to digest and the role play very helpful. Brilliant thank you
