Sadly I had IT issues in getting course material and then connection difficulties in getting on which I believe are all Key related and then freezing on occasions, however this did not take away from the positive impact of the course material and how this was delivered.

Really nice atmosphere for learning something so important - I just wish more people had access to this course!

The course was on-line which was great but I was in an open office which I found uncomfortable, plus I had to be careful what I was saying.
