Enjoyed the course. Would actually of liked a longer course and to go more in depth in some areas.
Very good and engaging training. Feel a lot more confident in dealing with these kind of conversations both in and out of the workplace now.
This workshop should be offered to all hall supervisors staff and based in each hall of residence and probably more directly involved with Student residents

Loved the booklet and I thought that was most useful. I think you did a great job of keeping it interactive over teams .
