Made me realise that I shouldn’t pre judge or assume anything and that I should be brave and do something positive if I see something is wrong
The course was insightful and provided me with the tools and confidence to deal with approaching the topic of suicide in the work place and being able to talk directly to any person feeling suicidal or attempting suicide.
Great course overall. well presented and was very interesting - id recommend this to all operational police officers
