A well structured interactive course. Gavin really gave us the time and the space to discuss, share and ask questions. We covered vital topics and used our experience to question and relate to the content shared. We went through the materials, watched a thought provoking video and spoke openly about how we felt. There was a chance to interact with the other participants and we were given methods to manage effectively if we are ever in a situation where we have to deal with someone going through a crisis, or the lead up to one.
