Very worthwhile training & as a public facing local government employee I feel this training would benefit many different workplaces.

Overall, I thought it was a great course. The content and the booklet were interesting and the way it was presented was well structured. The course tutor was really lovely and presented everything so well, keeping the pace up throughout the session.

This is a hugely important and valuable course that compliments the Mental Health First Aider training and supports the work I do for Music Venue Trust, particularly my engagement with Music Venues Alliance members within our crisis service.
