Thank you, I feel I have learnt, I feel more confident how to approach and be a compassionate person to be there for someone. Talking about suicide is generally difficult, took me a long time to develop the confidence and an approach that is compassionate and validating , this course draw my attention to aspects a broader view and understanding how to be with and empower and outline hope.
The course was very good and has given me the confidence to be more comfortable in regards to speaking to someone about this often taboo and difficult subject, suicide.
I'm glad I took this course. Although the subject matter is a heavy one, the course was well participated in and the other colleagues were willing to engage
