I really enjoyed the course. I feel more confident to approach someone and just check they are ok. I have a better understanding the 'Why'. Why someone feels the need to take their own life, why are we, as general people, not doing enough to help, why are the statics of death by suicide so high....
It was really good training course and very informative for me as a nursing student. Learnt the importance of recognising suicidal behaviors in people and how to respond to them. The importance of being caring, listening and compassionate to people who are experiencing suicidal tendencies.
Very useful for my learning and understanding
I feel this course is really beneficial and will help anyone who attends this course
This training would be way better if delivered in person.
A course that all staff need to go on, regardless of rank / police / support staff. It's a start for those difficult questions & gives a further awareness of what to look out for. Its also ok to ask when we are sometimes very risk averse.
Very good . Thank you so much . Really helped me gain more confidence in my approach to asking the question about suicide
