Really enjoyed it and find it helpful. Especially using open ended quastions and downloading app for available services in the area.

Will be adding suicide awarness to our training programme to staff

Fantastic and engaging session. I have completed previous suicide awareness/ mental health first aid training, I was looking for a refresh but I have actually learnt new things. Particular take away, will be HOW we ask a person if they are suicidal. I feel this is very practical. I feel like the wording of the question validates a persons thoughts/ feelings in advance, which will hopefully lead to people feeling more comfortable in disclosing that they are having suicidal thoughts.
