I thoroughly enjoyed the training and found it insightful and well presented. I am used to working with the topic but still felt I learned new angles and also it was a good revision
I took a lot away from the course and if I do ever come across a situation where I needed to speak to somebody who was having thoughts about ending their own life, I do feel as though I would have the confidence to speak to them and help.
