I though Olivia delivered the course really well , she ensured that everyone felt ok and regularly checked in with us all . I loved it and I will use these practices should I need to . It has helped me better understand the support to give rather than rushing in with the support I think is needed

I really enjoyed the course and found the case studies and topics very relevant to my work and the workbook was easy to follow the trainer was very knowledgeable and confident and didn't seem flustered by any questions or incorrect answers. would love to see other professionals and police do this course
