This was a valuable course regarding important topic: Suicide I feel more comfortable to recognise early signs in people at risk and having open discussion about it t so that it can be prevented.

very informative and interesting

It has given me more confidence in noticing signs of suicidal ideation and asking if someone has thoughts of ending their life. What to do/say to their response.

Great course. I'd highly encourage this (or a class similar to this) to friends and family.
