This course was very interesting and I have learned a lot. We should not be judgemental when people are going through suicidal thoughts or any mental health problems
Would thoroughly recommend the course and the trainer Vicky. Even from someone who doesn't deal with people struggling with mental health issues or suicidal thoughts as part of their job, I found the course an invaluable resource in terms of feeling able to help friends/family/colleagues/boyfriend or even a stranger you encounter in the street/sat on a bridge thinking about jumping.
More course dates for everyone , it will make it easier for more people to attend
