Good introduction into suicide awareness. Not too deep. Makes you think and be aware of your colleagues
Enjoyable and a good compliment to the Mental Health First Aider course. All about those simple (but often missed) steps about noticing something is amiss and having the time and some toolks to start a supportive conversation.
