It was definitely delivered well in a way I could understand, I am not very confident on the web so the hard copy helped me a lot and I can look back at it with the notes I made . It made me think about suicide in a different way and how to help someone I might suspect was struggling and hopefully to prevent it

The training session really give me an overview of the topic. Before attending the session i found it hard to ask someone if they are thinking about suicide.
